Obama habla de la reforma inmigratoria en la conferencia de prensa de los primeros 100 días
El presidente Barack Obama respondió a una pregunta referente a la reforma inmigratoria en la conferencia de prensa para marcar los primeros 100 días de la nueva administración en la Casa Blanca.
Ante la pregunta de un periodista de si Obama iba a cumplir su promesa de pasar una reforma inmigratoria en el primer año de su presidencia, el presidente respondió que pretendía al menos crear los grupos de estudio y comenzar el debate para tener legislación lista para fin de año.
El mandatario se nego a dar una fecha para el pase de la reforma pero dijo que va a hacer lo posible para adelantar el tema en este año.
Obama también dijo que hay medidas que su administración ha tomado para trabajar en el problema de la inmigración indocumentada como por ejemplo, la administración ha detenido las redadas inmigratorias, y a enfocado su atención en los empleadores que emplean trabajadores indocumentados.
