¿Cuánto costará la legalización cuando se apruebe la amnistía?
El sitio de web de Univisión analiza el costo de cada inmigrante indocumentado para legalizar su estadía en este país cuando se apruebe la reforma migratoria. Todavía no se saben las cifras concretas pero si el plan se parece al que se discutió en el 2007, el costo sería el siguiente:
* Entre $2 mil y $13,500 de multa inicial para legalizar la estadía y recibir la autorización para iniciar el proceso de residencia.
* $1,010 (Formulario I-485, solicitud de residencia permanente).
* $340 (Formulario I-765, permiso de trabajo).
* $80 (Toma de huellas biométricas).
* $595 (Formulario N-400, petición de Ciudadanía).En total, cada indocumentado que se beneficie con este plan pagaría (hasta obtener la ciudadanía) sólo por concepto de multas y tarifas una cantidad que oscila entre $4,025 y $15,525.

Creo que la mayor parte de indocumentados son gente honesta, trabajadora y que no se opone a pagar lo que deben pagar, si el precio por obtener la legalizacion es 4000, $15000 o mas o menor que eso, los inmigrantes pagarian si ese es el requisito, si muchos pagan taxes, no tienen beneficios de ningun modo, son tratados como criminales, no se le da facilidades en asuntos de salud,etc, a cambio de ser tratado como seres humanos normales estoy segura que pagarian lo que pidan, y eso ocasionaria mas ganancias a este pais, ahora ya saca gran provecho del trabajo leal que dan los inmigrantes y ahora si les piden tanto dinero por ser legales me imagino que tambien sera de gran beneficio para el pais.

Es demasiado por lo que piden a los iliegales mucha gente honesta pidio un numero al IRS,para declarar taxes y llevan hasta 7 y 8 anos declarando taxes en este pais

yo creo que es demaciado porque hay gente como yo que hasta ahorita no a tenido el dinero suficiente para tramitar los papeles y eso que no es tanto como piensan que lo va hacer.Deberian de disminuir la cantidad al menos hasta los 10000 yo creo que seria mas facil para uno juntar ese dinero que los 15000 y tratar de tramitar mas pronto la reforma para desminuir la cantidad de familias que estan separando.senor presidente piense va a ganar mucho mas sin perder nada a cambio.y que dios lo vendiga a usted y a su familia
